About the Role Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) provides comprehensive primary care in the Pediatric and Primary Care departments for VNACJ Community Health Center, with a significant focus on pediatric care, at Freehold and Keyport, NJ. This full-time role evaluates, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic conditions, delivers preventive care, and promotes patient wellness across the lifespan. What You'll Do
- Provide primary care services in pediatric and primary care settings in Freehold and Keyport, NJ, with focus on pediatric care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Deliver preventive care and wellness across the lifespan
- Provide patient education to individuals and families
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety policies
- Adhere to productivity guidelines and monitor quality and appropriateness of services
- Collaborate with team and supervise staff in conjunction with management and leadership practices What We're Looking For
- Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse in NJ
- Master's degree in Nursing from NLN-accredited program
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority; maintain CDS and DEA
- 2+ years of primary or ambulatory care nursing experience
- Car and valid driver's license
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Outpatient pediatric experience; strong communication skills; passion for supporting children and families Nice to Have
- Business or management degree or experience with demonstrated leadership skills Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: USD 120,000 to USD 146,000 per year
