About the Opportunity

- Physician will provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including the opportunity to evaluate and treat patients with substance use disorders and provide addiction medicine services as part of an integrated primary care model

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Current Maine state medical licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
