About the Role Join a mission-driven healthcare team as a Family Medicine Physician supporting the U.S. Navy by commissioning as a naval officer with rank assigned based on your experience. You’ll provide outpatient primary care to service members, retirees, and military families in a stable, team-oriented environment with strong clinical and administrative support.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient primary care in a team-oriented, mission-focused environment.
- Commission as a naval officer with rank determined by your experience.
- Be considered for Navy medical facility assignments across the U.S. based on availability and operational need.
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to commission as a naval officer; rank assigned based on experience.
- Interest in outpatient primary care within Navy medical facilities.
- Availability for assignments at Navy locations nationwide as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-on bonus opportunities for FY26: $400,000 for a four-year commitment and $225,000 for a three-year commitment.
