- Will commission as a naval officer with rank assigned based on experience.
- Will provide outpatient primary care to service members, retirees, and military families in Navy medical facilities across the U.S.
- Willingness to serve at Navy medical facilities nationwide based on availability and operational need.
Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-on bonus FY26: $400,000 for a four-year commitment and $225,000 for a three-year commitment.
