What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient primary care to service members, retirees, and military families in a stable, team-oriented environment with an unmatched mission focus.
- Practice in an outpatient setting with no RVUs or production pressure and with strong clinical and administrative support.
- Collaborate with Navy medical facilities nationwide as assignments may be offered at other U.S. Navy locations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-on bonus opportunities for FY26: $400,000 for a four-year commitment and $225,000 for a three-year commitment.
