Description

• Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent role we have available in the Greater DeMotte area of Indiana.

• Step into a busy Family Medicine practice with an established patient base and physician colleagues. Telehealth complements in-person visits in a role centered on long-term patient relationships.

• H-1B visa transfers are accepted; new H-1B sponsorship and J-1 waivers are not available.

• What You Can Expect

• Patient/Case Volume: Approximately 15–25 outpatients daily

• Procedures / Clinical Scope: Outpatient Family Medicine, preventive care, and telehealth

• Support Staff / Resources: Collegial Family Medicine physician team

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Completed U.S. residency/fellowship training applicable to the specialty

• Active or eligible Indiana medical license

• Board eligibility must be current and meet immediate post-training examination requirements

• Current CV required
