About the Role This is a full-time Family Medicine Physician role with Endeavor Health. The position provides direct medical services within an integrated, physician-led medical group connected via Epic EMR. The role supports 36 patient-care hours per week (40 hours total, 46 weeks/year) with a rotating on-call schedule, and includes relocation to Yorkville, IL scheduled for April 2027. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care in Family Practice within a large, integrated health system.
- Maintain 36 patient-care hours per week (40 total hours) and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Utilize Epic EMR to coordinate care across the network.
- Collaborate with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines to deliver high-quality care near home for a population of 4.2 million across six northeast Illinois counties. What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school.
- Eligible for medical licensing in Illinois.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Practice. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $222,369 - $356,709 per year.
