About the Role Logan Health is seeking an energetic BE/BC Rural Family Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director in the Montana Hi-Line region. The role combines outpatient and inpatient care and offers the chance to lead a dedicated team while participating in NHSC loan repayment programs.
What You'll Do
- Provide a combination of outpatient and inpatient care as the Family Medicine Medical Director in a rural Montana setting
- Lead and collaborate with skilled clinical support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Oversee clinical operations and partner with the care team to connect with the community and improve health outcomes
- Support and participate in NHSC site activities and the federal loan repayment program
- Promote care coordination, access, and provider support in a rural, community-focused environment
- Adapt to a variable shift schedule to meet patient needs
What We're Looking For
- BE/BC Rural Family Medicine Physician; Medical Director leadership preferred
- Strong clinical skills in both outpatient and inpatient settings

- Ability to thrive in a rural Montana Hi-Line setting with flexibility
Nice to Have
- Experience in leadership or medical directorship roles
- NHSC site experience or eligibility for loan repayment
