Location

Phoenix, AZ | On-site with Hybrid Flexibility. We're located in the Phoenix area and value in-person collaboration, ideally two days per week in the office. Once established, there may be opportunities for a primarily remote schedule, giving you greater flexibility while remaining connected to our team.

Note

Candidates must have an active Arizona Bar license in good standing, at least 2 years of family law experience, and the ability to commute to the Phoenix office as needed. We welcome both developing and experienced attorneys, including those from solo practices or in-house legal backgrounds.

Job Description

We're hiring Family Law Attorneys to join our growing team! Whether you're looking to develop your litigation skills with mentorship or bring established experience to a collaborative practice, we offer an opportunity to do meaningful legal work.

• Manage family law matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal maintenance.
• Develop case strategies and provide thoughtful, practical legal guidance to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, prepare depositions, and negotiate resolutions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work closely with our legal team to deliver outstanding client service.
• Build lasting client relationships through clear communication and compassionate advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of family law experience.
• Experience handling divorce, custody, support, or related family law matters.
• Familiarity with family law litigation, pleadings, discovery, and court procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage cases, prioritize deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Passion for providing excellent legal representation.
• Litigation, mediation, deposition, or trial experience preferred.
