About the Role This field-based, front-line leadership role supports 7-9 Family Access Managers in Biogen's Rare Disease commercial neuromuscular business. You will develop, coach, and guide a patient-facing team to help patients start and stay on therapy, build strong relationships with treating sites, and partner with patient advocacy groups to advance regional strategies. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with matrix partners to develop/execute regional and local strategic plans
- Support the build and execution of individual development plans
- Provide regular coaching and quarterly feedback against annual goals
- Lead cross-functional work to generate innovative solutions to patient access barriers (insurance, logistics), improving site of care efficiencies/effectiveness & internal team excellence
- Lead the team to support the use of patient-driven initiatives, tools and resources
- Work with colleagues and leadership to evolve capabilities and long-term strategies What We're Looking For

- Strong sense of urgency, energy and diverse experiences that positively impact patients, customers, and internal teams
- 7+ years of relevant sales/marketing/reimbursement industry experience
- 3+ years leading a team in biotech/pharma/medical device industry
- Proven leadership impact to culture, people development & execution against business goals
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness; ability to coach in highly matrixed and changing environment
- Ability to identify process issues and challenge the status quo while maintaining a high degree of compliance
- Leader in collaboration, innovation and a successful track record in a competitive environment
- Driving is an essential duty; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record per Biogen policy
- Ability to travel up to 60% weekly Compensation & Benefits
- The base compensation range for this role is: $184,000.00-$253,000.00
- Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach considering relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity
