Job Title: Faculty Support and Assessment Coordinator
Job Description
The Faculty Support and Assessment Coordinator coordinates the Assurance of Learning (AoL) activities across the Maine Business School in accordance with AACSB Standards. This includes determining proper measurement tools in collaboration with senior leadership and faculty, distribution and completion of assessments, and organizing and analyzing data to complete the process. This position provides faculty support services to all full-time and cooperating faculty in the Maine Business School. This role creates, maintains, integrates, and delivers detailed project work plans through coordinating the faculty support needs of 30+ full-time faculty and many cooperating faculty. This position also assists, as needed, with event planning and student employment activities. This position has a 10-month work year, typically August 15 – June 15, and a starting annual salary of $38,000.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One or more years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communications skills.
- Experience utilizing technology, including experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and related platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience working with external constituencies, such as businesses or other organizations.
- Demonstrated experience with AACSB or other similar accreditation or assessment standards or guidelines.
- Evidence of the ability to plan and oversee multiple projects or priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to challenging or stressful situations.
- Evidence of the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies, both internal and external.
