Position Summary
The Faculty Manager (Executive Operations & Office of the Rector) is a senior professional leadership role responsible for supporting the Rector and leading the Faculty's administrative, operational, governance, and strategic functions. Acting as the Rector's principal professional staff partner, the Faculty Manager provides executive support while ensuring the efficient delivery of faculty operations, academic administration, financial management, research administration, and stakeholder engagement.
As a founding leadership position for the UNSW Bengaluru Campus, the Faculty Manager serves as the central coordination point for the Office of the Rector, translating strategic priorities into operational outcomes. The role works closely with academic leaders, professional services, and UNSW Sydney to establish robust administrative systems, ensure regulatory compliance, support academic excellence, and enable faculty members to focus on teaching, research, and engagement.
