About the Role A full-time faculty position is available at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. The rank of the appointment (Instructor/Assistant/Associate/Professor) is open and will be commensurate with the experience and professional accomplishments of the selected applicant. The successful candidate will join the Department of Surgery, Section of General Surgery. What You'll Do
- Conduct basic, translational, and clinical research, including investigator-initiated and military/industry-sponsored projects.
- Mentor and educate residents, fellows, and students on research topics and related matters.
- Coordinate the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of samples for projects according to approved protocols.
- Prepare and submit manuscripts for publication and develop proposals for extramural funding. What We're Looking For
