- Teach and mentor students within the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program and other designated courses as assigned
- Contribute to curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation activities
- Participate in advising, student mentorship, scholarly activity, and service to the university
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative units such as the Center for Teaching and Learning and McCree Center for Career Success to enhance student outcomes What We're Looking For
- Terminal degree or equivalent professional experience in Physician Assistant studies and relevant clinical credentials
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching at the graduate level and to inclusive excellence in a diverse student population
- Ability to work collaboratively in a university setting across multiple campuses (Staunton main campus, Fishersville, and online)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; willingness to engage in service and scholarship
