Te Whiwhinga mahi The opportunity
The Faculty of Medical and Health Science is seeking a proactive, service-oriented, and well-organised Faculty Assistant/Receptionist to work within and provide support to the Grafton 505 and 507 reception. You will be working alongside a team of dynamic people who have a collegial/calm, friendly work ethic with great personalities.
The successful applicant will provide support for the Faculty main reception to ensure the smooth provision of general and staff administrative support such as (but not limited to), meeting and greeting visitors, handling front desk inquiries, facilities & support services, the management of car parking bookings and security incident reporting.
You will report through to the Facilities and Services Manager and hold functional relationships with the Facilities and Services team, Group Services, Faculty Administration within the Dean’s office, Property Services and Marketing Events Coordinator - a group who have a wealth of excellent University knowledge.
This is a part-time, permanent position with scheduled hours Monday - Friday 1pm - 6pm. Remote working is not available for this position.
The salary range for this position is between $56,550 - $62,900 depending on skills and experience
