Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure proper storage and issuance of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as required.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping within the store.
- Monitor stock levels and report reorder requirements promptly.
- Prepare routine inventory and stock movement reports.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- 2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, or similar roles.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Factory Store Keeping experience is a welcome advantage.
