Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a factory or production environment is a plus. Basic understanding of production processes and machinery. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderately heavy loads. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Forklift certification is an advantage. Gender: Male (for gender balancing).
