What you can look forward to as a Facility Supervisor: Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for buildings, machinery, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other plant infrastructure. Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Manage repairs and troubleshooting of facility equipment in collaboration with maintenance team. Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., janitorial, landscaping, utility providers). Oversee contractor work to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and manage facility-related supplies, spare parts, and equipment inventory. Assist in budget preparation and control expenses related to facility operations. Optimize energy usage and oversee utility systems (water, gas, electricity). Identify and implement cost-saving and sustainability initiatives. Lead and train maintenance staff.
