Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organised Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day administrative and facility operations of a property in Lekki Phase 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the general condition and upkeep of the property.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure the facility is in good order.
- Coordinate and follow up on basic maintenance and facility-related issues.
- Ensure daily facility operations run smoothly.
- Report issues requiring attention and follow up on their resolution.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
