About the Role Alpha Mead Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to support the effective management and maintenance of residential and corporate facilities. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising facility operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring that service delivery meets established standards. This role requires someone with a basic technical understanding of building systems and the ability to coordinate artisans, vendors, and service teams efficiently. What You'll Do
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision of facility operations across assigned properties.
- Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Supervise artisans, cleaners, technicians, and other service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
