- We are hiring for the position of Facility & Site Inspection Officer at Mowe Golf Town, a premium integrated Golf Community in Mowe.
- Location: Mowe, Ogun State (Site-Based).
- Preference will be given to candidates who live in Mowe, Ibafo, Magboro, Asese, Arepo axis (non-negotiable due to proximity to site).

Section: Responsibilities
- Daily site and facility inspection at Green Residences & Mowe Golf Town
- Coordinating site inspections for clients and realtors
- Monitoring ongoing construction, facility upkeep & site cleanliness
- Preparing daily inspection reports
- Supporting the operations team
Section: Requirements
- Graduate with NYSC completed
- 1-2 years experience in Real Estate or related sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills, smart and presentable
- Must be hardworking and reliable
- Valid Driver's License and driving skill is a MAJOR advantage
