This job role is to operate and identify the maintenance needs of the company’s equipment for optimal use to keep it in good condition.
Job Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience as a Facility Operator.

OND or NABTEB in building services-related disciplines.

A certification in Health, Safety, and Environment would be an advantage.

Technical competencies
-
Basic knowledge of standard space management and utilization practices

Previous experience in maintaining facilities/office services Function
-
Good technical knowledge of building services – electrical works, refrigerators and air conditioners, water systems, etc.

Job Responsibility
-
Operate the company generators and Elevators.
-
Maintain a proper inventory of equipment and other necessary items required to perform duties assigned.

Perform minor maintenance work on the facilities, such as electrical and mechanical systems.
-
Accepting and signing designated documents, such as job completion certificates.
-
Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
-
Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by HFM.
