Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Facility Officer to ensure our restaurant outlets, equipment, utilities, and overall ambience are well-maintained, clean, safe, and in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of restaurant outlets to identify faults and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate repairs and servicing of kitchen equipment, generators, electrical systems, plumbing, and air conditioners.
- Ensure the restaurant ambience, lighting, ventilation, and general physical environment are well-maintained.
- Liaise with technicians and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Monitor maintenance activities and report major issues to management.
- Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and maintenance expenses.
- Ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and presentable.
Requirements

2–4 years of experience in facility management or maintenance.

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail is an advantage.

Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate maintenance activities across multiple outlets.
