Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Victoria Island and Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and management of facilities to ensure they remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Supervise facility technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and other facility staff.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and other building equipment.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Manage facility budgets, maintenance costs, materials, and equipment inventory.
- Respond promptly to facility breakdowns, complaints, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure that maintenance activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, incidents, and facility expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and applicable ISO standards.
- Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to facility performance and efficiency.
- Prepare periodic reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND with 2-5 years experience.
Salary
N300,000 - N320,000 monthly.
