About the Role

JLL is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end facility operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role involves managing hard and soft services, vendor performance, workplace experience, and overall site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall facility operations, including soft services, hard services, security, and workplace experience.
• Lead facility teams and vendor partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and asset management activities.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and budget management.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Handle escalations, risk mitigation, and business continuity requirements.
• Ensure timely reporting, audits, and documentation of facility operations.
• Support client visits, events, and workplace initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.

• 6-10 years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or integrated facility management.

• Strong knowledge of hard and soft services operations.

• Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Skills

• Client-focused mindset with strong relationship management abilities.

• Experience managing large corporate sites.

• Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards.
