About the Role
- We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and smooth day-to-day operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities.
- Supervise housekeepers and other facility support staff.
- Coordinate cleaning, repairs, maintenance, and property upkeep.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet company standards.
- Identify and promptly address maintenance and facility issues.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor the use and condition of facility equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and facility-related expenses.
- Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
- Prepare regular facility reports for management.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in facility management, hospitality, property management, or a related field.
- Previous experience supervising support staff is required.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate vendors and service providers effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to operational issues.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
