Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday & Thursday at the office and other days from home)
Responsibilities
- Property facility Manager who will be responsible for managing all our direct rental properties.
The responsibilities will include:
- Taking inventory of newly rented out properties
- Following up with tenants
- Conducting property inspections every six months to ensure the properties are being properly maintained
- Attending to tenant complaints and concerns and sending timely reminders for rent renewals and any applicable rent increases
- The Property facility Manager will also be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between the tenants and the company and making sure all our rental properties are properly managed and maintained
- Taking inventory of recently rented properties.
Salary
N100,000 per month (Can be negotiated).
