Deine Aufgaben im Team

• Du sorgst für den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Instandhaltung unserer Gebäude, Produktions- und Logistikflächen sowie für Gebäudesicherheit, den vorbeugenden Brandschutz und die Funktionsfähigkeit aller Alarmanlagen.
• Vorausschauend planst du Instandsetzungs- und Wartungsarbeiten, überwachst Prüfintervalle und dokumentierst diese.
• Bei Störungen schaffst du selbstständig Abhilfe oder beauftragst Fremdfirmen für Reparaturmaßnahmen, du koordinierst die Einsätze und überprüfst die ausgeführten Leistungen.
• Dabei stellst du die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards (z. B. DGUV, Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit) sicher. Von Vorteil sind auch Kenntnisse zur elektrischen Sicherheitsprüfung ortsveränderlicher und ortsfester Anlagen nach DGUV.
• Du unterstützt bei Umbauten, Erweiterungen und technischen Projekten und fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für fachliche und infrastrukturelle Fragen – auch in Notfällen außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten bist du einsatzbereit.
• Gebäude und Außenanlagen behältst du im Blick und organisierst Gebäudereinigung, Winterdienst, Grünpflege, Entsorgung etc.

Das bringst du mit

• Du hast eine technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung abgeschlossen, z. B. zum Anlagenmechaniker für Sanitär‑, Heizungs‑ und Klimatechnik, Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer, Elektroniker für Energie‑ und Gebäudetechnik, Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erste Berufserfahrung konntest du im Facility Management, Gebäudemanagement oder in der Objektbetreuung sammeln.
• Idealerweise kennst du dich in der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung gut aus – z. B. in der Gebäude- und Systemtechnik, Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik sowie mit Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen oder Brandmelde- und Sicherheitssystemen.
• Du verstehst es, verschiedene Arbeitsbereiche – gewerkeübergreifend und gleichzeitig – zu koordinieren und kannst dich dabei gut im Team absprechen.
• Für die Dokumentation und administrative Prozesse benötigst du sichere Office-Kenntnisse, z. B. Excel.
• Nachhaltiges Handeln, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
• Du besitzt den Führerschein der Klasse B und bist gewillt, am Bereitschaftsdienst teilzunehmen.
