Overview
A Facility Manager / Floor Lead is needed to oversee the day-to-day operations of a park and ensure it remains safe, clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily park/floor operations and ensure routine tasks are completed according to SOPs.
- Supervise cleaners, gardeners, and other service providers.
- Conduct daily checks of the grounds, facilities, lighting, plants, drains, and general environment.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues and coordinate with appropriate licensed vendors.
- Maintain up-to-date maintenance, grounds, event-readiness, and visitor feedback records.
- Interact warmly with visitors, provide basic information about the park, and collect feedback.
- Support light visitor engagement and park promotion without hard selling or closing sales.
- Provide regular photo-based reports as proof of completed work.
- Ensure the park is properly prepared ahead of events and busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in facility supervision, floor management, estate supervision, hotel/park operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with routine cleaning, gardening, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow written SOPs and maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable supervising staff and interacting with visitors.
- Good attention to detail and strong reporting discipline.
