Job Description

Would you like to be responsible for the smooth operation of leading office buildings, shopping centers and other commercial real estate objects? Do you get energized by managing soft services, optimizing processes and collaborating with tenants, suppliers and fellow specialists? Then this is your next step within Colliers - Asset Services.

As a Facility Manager you contribute to real estate that is safe, presentable and future-proof. You work within a dynamic portfolio where no day is the same. You switch quickly between operational issues, contract management, supplier guidance and strategic improvements.

Your role

In this autonomous role you are the main point of contact for tenants and users regarding all facilities matters. You keep an overview, manage suppliers and ensure everything runs smoothly within the buildings—from cleaning and security to reception services and waste disposal. Thanks to your approach our properties stay functional, welcoming and efficient.

What you will do?

• Manage soft services such as cleaning, security, waste management and hospitality.
• Coordinate reports and maintenance work together with Technical Managers and suppliers.
• Manage contracts, SLAs and the annual service cost budget.
• Lead service providers and monitor quality and performance.
• Ensure certifications, safety and compliance (including OHS and fire safety).
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to sustainability and energy management.
• Act as the point of contact for tenants and users.

Qualifications

• You are a driven and customer-focused professional who can keep an overview, set priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment. You can firmly engage with suppliers, but also communicate smoothly with tenants and owners.

Additionally you bring:

• A completed education, preferably in Facility Management, Technical or Real Estate.
• At least 3 years of experience in a facilities, hospitality or real estate-related role.
• Affinity with commercial real estate and the ambition to develop further in this field.
• A proactive and service-oriented work attitude.
• Analytical ability and organizational strength.
• Experience with contract management and supplier management.
