Job title: Facility Management (設備管理・工事管理)
About the Role Step into ASM's world where the demo lab's stability relies on Facility Management including equipment and construction management. You will be responsible for utility systems (electric, gas, water) to run demo machines and operate/maintain the cleanroom on-site.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain utility equipment (electric, gas, water) to operate semiconductor demo machines and ensure continuous production
- Daily management of the cleanroom and respond to the three-year periodic maintenance
- Address equipment requests and improvements from process engineers
- Coordinate and execute building/facility construction projects (layout changes, renovations) and manage on-site progress and costs with contractors
- Liaise with contractors and partners; manage on-site progress and costs
- Provide on-call internal support for equipment troubles
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance/installation in factories, research facilities, or plants
- Experience with maintenance/installation/ operation of utility equipment (electric, HVAC, cooling water, gas)
- Electrical qualifications (e.g., Electrical Chief Engineer, Electrician)
- Native-level Japanese; English daily conversation level or higher; team predominantly Japanese; some interviews in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in cleanroom equipment management/operation
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or research facility equipment management
- Certifications such as High-Pressure Gas Safety Manager, Hazardous Materials Handler, Toxic Substances Handler
