The Facility Leader is responsible for the overall operation of the site, in a way that achieves excellent customer satisfaction, is contractually compliant and that avoids penalties and abatements. In addition, the role liaises directly with customers and sub-contractors and adheres to financial budgets and operational goals of the contract that supports the overall success of the Portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of service delivery activities and contract deliverables
• Maintain overall financial control service delivery
• Manage delivery of Refurbishment and Lifecycle programs in accordance with Asset Management strategies
• Measure and report service delivery performance against agreed KPIs and site service objectives
• Manage spot and renewal work as required to a high standard in accordance with the booked margin and customer requirements

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in a management role within a service / facility management business

• Exceptional staff management and process improvement skills

• Strong commercial skills and broad exposure to technical issues

• Ability to work in a challenging environment with a mix of infrastructure, equipment and systems and a wide variety of client groups

• Contract management and commercial acumen
