Come parte del team HR & Services di Zurich Italia, supporterai la funzione Corporate Real Estate nelle attività amministrative e operative legate alla gestione del patrimonio immobiliare aziendale, dei fornitori e delle iniziative di sostenibilità. Avrai l'opportunità di sviluppare competenze trasversali collaborando con interlocutori interni ed esterni e contribuendo a progetti concreti a supporto del business.
Cosa farai
- Supporterai la gestione amministrativa di ordini di acquisto, contratti e documentazione dell'area Real Estate e HR & Services.
- Collaborerai con fornitori e partner esterni per il monitoraggio di attività, scadenze e documentazione.
- Aggiornerai database e piattaforme dedicate al Facility Management e al Real Estate.
- Predisporrai report, analisi dati e presentazioni a supporto del management.
