Facility & Fleet Manager

About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager Belgium and leading the Facility & Fleet Department, you are responsible for running and continuously improving Yara Brussels' facility, fleet, workplace and mobility services. This is a role for a hands-on leader who challenges existing ways of working and builds strong partnerships across the organization.
What you'll do

Lead and develop the Facility & Fleet Department, with clear priorities, processes and documentation.

Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Brussels office, including cleaning, reception, maintenance and workplace services.

Oversee company car and mobility processes, in line with company policy and legislation.

Manage key suppliers and contracts, monitor service levels and lead negotiations.

Drive simplification, standardization and automation, and introduce KPIs and service level tracking.

Partner with HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Travel & Events and business leaders, and handle escalations.

What you bring
-
Several years of experience in Facility Management, Workplace Services, Fleet Management or a related field.

Proven leadership experience and the ability to set clear expectations, both for your team and for external suppliers.

Experience managing suppliers and driving operational change; contract negotiation experience is a plus.

Strong stakeholder management, organizational and analytical skills.

A pragmatic, service-minded and autonomous profile – comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
