About the Role Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is hiring for multiple Facilities/Maintenance/Skilled Worker roles at its Boston campus. Openings include Controls Specialist (3rd Shift), HVAC Manager, HVAC Mechanic (1st Shift), and Sanitation Technician. These positions support building operations, maintenance, and safety to enable cancer treatment and research. What You'll Do
- Install, program, commission, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) controls and graphics to optimize HVAC, lighting, and facility operations.
- Manage and lead HVAC mechanics to ensure well-maintained campus buildings.
- Install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems in a health facility setting.
- Sanitize and sterilize animal caging systems to maintain a high-level rodent colony health program. What We're Looking For

- Controls Specialist (3rd Shift): $52.75 - $55.53 per hour (onsite, 11pm-7am; eligible for Overnight Shift Differential).
- HVAC Manager: $110,700 - $123,500 per year.
- HVAC Mechanic (1st Shift): $52.75 - $55.53 per hour (onsite).
- Sanitation Technician: $42,900 - $46,200 per year.
