About this role

About the Role The Facilities Supervisor leads the Facilities Crew in event setup, breakdown, cleaning, and overall physical safety at Leader Bank Pavilion. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, this role ensures everything is set up and ready to welcome guests and serves as the primary trainer for the Facilities Team. The Supervisor also directs winterization and de-winterization of our seasonal venue. This is a seasonal position from February to October, averaging 30 to 40 hours per week. What You'll Do

  • Lead the Facilities Crew in event setup, breakdown, cleaning, and maintaining safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure every concert and event space is ready for guests.
  • Serve as the primary trainer for the Facilities Team.
  • Direct winterization and de-winterization of Leader Bank Pavilion.
  • Manage seasonal schedule (February–October) with 30–40 hours per week; shifts can start as early as 6:00–7:00am and end as late as 1:00am; non-event days typically 9:00am–5:00pm. What We're Looking For
