About the Role Join Boston Scientific as Facilities Project Manager II at our Maple Grove site. You’ll lead facility-related projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver reliable infrastructure and optimized workspaces in support of patient care.
What You'll Do
- Lead facilities projects at the Maple Grove site, coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery within budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage milestones, and track risks, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and operations to optimize space utilization and maintain reliable infrastructure
- Monitor vendor performance, manage budgets, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices for facilities project execution
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; PMP or PMI certification preferred
- 5+ years of facilities or construction project management experience, preferably in healthcare or manufacturing environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma, energy management, or sustainability initiatives
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
