  • Coordinate contractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with scope.
  • Monitor vendor performance against defined service levels and drive corrective actions when needed.
  • Support development, refinement, and rebid of service contracts in partnership with Global Facilities.
  • Lead execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including work order management, asset data integrity, and reporting.
  • Drive improvements in maintenance planning, scheduling, and backlog management.
  • Support implementation and ongoing use of enterprise maintenance systems and standards.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure OSHA regulations, local codes, and company safety standards are followed; lead site-level follow-up from inspections, audits, and AHJ walkthroughs.
  • Identify and mitigate facility-related risks through proactive inspections and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance requirements.
  • Facilities Manager Support & Project Coordination
  • Support execution of small to mid-sized facility projects, including space modifications, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Provide field-level input into capital planning, budgeting, and prioritization based on site conditions and risks.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and other site functions to ensure facility support aligns with business needs.
  • Act as site lead for facilities operations in the absence of a dedicated Facilities Manager.
