About the Role Uline is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Pleasant Prairie facility. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant workspace for our teams and helps optimize operating costs through preventive maintenance and vendor partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and safety programs for the warehouse and offices
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Coordinate space planning, equipment upkeep, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Support regulatory compliance, safety training, and incident investigations
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and asset management
What We're Looking For
- Experience in facilities management, maintenance operations, or building services
- Strong communication, project management, and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices relevant to warehouses/distribution centers
- Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
- Facility Management Certification or related professional training
- Experience in large warehouse/distribution environments
