About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to take ownership of a 45,000-square-foot industrial plant and keep operations running smoothly. If you thrive on variety, this role covers everything from mechanical oversight to subcontractor coordination and hands-on detailing. What You'll Do
- Own the maintenance and operation of a 45,000-square-foot industrial facility
- Provide mechanical oversight and ensure equipment reliability
- Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships
- Perform hands-on detailing and basic repairs as needed
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with teams on a Monday–Friday schedule What We're Looking For
- Hands-on problem solver with facility management experience
- Ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills with subcontractors and internal teams
- Comfort with a hands-on, go-anywhere approach to facilities Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities
- Prior budget and scheduling experience (preferred) Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 52,000 – 62,400 per year
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
