About the Role Alstom is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager in Los Angeles to lead facilities oversight and project management for the Authority's facilities and non-revenue vehicles. You will ensure peak efficiency, coordinate maintenance, and work with cross-functional teams to support daily operations in a cutting-edge environment. What You'll Do
- Oversee performance of service agreements and contractor personnel
- Ensure compliance with SCAQMD, local fire departments, counties, state, and federal codes and regulations
- Supervising assigned personnel to ensure smooth completion of services
- Document maintenance and repair of Authority standby power systems (excluding DOC MOC and Melbourne)
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with Project & Bid Management, Operations, and Procurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement of facilities and vehicle maintenance processes
- Manage facilities and fleet and non-revenue vehicles and equipment as part of ongoing operations What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, or related field—or equivalent experience
- Experience managing facilities and vehicles/equipment for an FRA-regulated commuter or Class 1 railroad, or a large Construction/Building Maintenance Contractor
- Knowledge of building construction, subsystems, and industrial equipment
- Familiarity with OSHA and facilities-related regulations, compliance, and testing requirements
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Salary Range: $98,480 to $140,000 per year
