Job title: Facilities Management Specialist
About the Role The New Jersey Judiciary seeks a Facilities Management professional to oversee facility-related tasks and projects across the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex and 34 leased locations statewide. You will coordinate workflow among Judiciary entities, assemble materials, input and analyze data, and develop relationships with internal and external partners to support operations and projects, including the RJH Conference Center.
REMOTE WORK: The Judiciary offers a hybrid schedule; this role may be eligible for up to 2 remote days. To participate, you must install a multifactor authentication app and have high-speed home internet.
What You'll Do
- Assemble facility-related materials, coordinate facility-related work activities, provide meaningful input on projects, and develop relationships with internal and external partners.
- Coordinate with finance partners as needed and require a general understanding of expenditures and project finance.
- Support the RJH Conference Center as needed.
- Review, update, collect, compile, input, and analyze data; assign and update work orders; update project-related documents.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills; communicate with external partners such as landlords and the Department of Treasury when needed.
- Learn and utilize AutoCAD to update floor plans; maintain a general knowledge of basic facilities, databases, and software programs.

Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to AutoCAD or facility management software; willingness to learn and apply AutoCAD concepts.
- Experience in a government/public sector environment or large organization.
- Familiarity with RJH Conference Center operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary ranges: Schedule A $54,434.49 to $89,181.84; Schedule B $54,434.49 to $84,722.75. For newly hired individuals, starting salary is normally at the minimum of the range. For promotions, salary increases by 5% of base salary (not to exceed the maximum of the range).
- Hybrid work schedule with up to 2 remote days; remote participation requires MFA app installation and high-speed internet.
