Facilities Management Director Opportunity:

Full-time, direct hire position

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Setting: Inpatient Hospital

The Facilities Management Director will ensure that the hospital and satellite clinics adhere to Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements, as well as oversee the development of safety meetings

Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and establish equipment manufacturer relationships for systems such as chillers, steam boilers, hydraulics, building controls, electrical, and air handlers

Facilities Management Director Requirements:
-
5+ years of facility equipment experience in hospital/healthcare maintenance is required
-
5+ years of leadership/management experience is required
-
CHFM and/or bachelor’s degree is preferred
