About the Role The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure of the Gliwice site, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and building regulations. This role includes supervising operations, maintenance and repairs per scheduled inspections, and coordinating with subcontractors and contractors to ensure proper documentation and order. What You'll Do
- Maintain the facility's technical infrastructure in proper condition in line with technical requirements and building regulations.
- Supervise operation, maintenance and repairs according to inspection schedules; coordinate with subcontractors and service providers; contact with contractors.
- Ensure documentation is complete, organized and compliant; monitor workmanship and safety. What We're Looking For
- Technical education background; ability to read technical drawings.
- Reliable, independent work style with diligence.
- Nice to have: experience in a similar role; knowledge of English or German.
- Uprawnienia: SEP; Uprawnienia UDT for forklift, overhead crane, crane and MEWP. Nice to Have
