Facilities Maintenance
Our client is now hiring for their full-time, entry-level Facilities Maintenance role on second shift. You’ll stay busy with a variety of tasks to help maintain their facility in Somersworth, NH. If you enjoy an active job and are good with your hands, then apply today!
Responsibilities of Facilities Maintenance
- Clean surfaces
- Repair drywall and paint
- Perform light carpentry tasks
- Assemble furniture and room fixtures
- Clean light fixtures and change lightbulbs as needed
- Move items as directed
- Assemble and install signage
- Document completed tasks on checklists
- May operate a scissor lift (will be trained)
- Perform additional tasks as assigned or required
Qualifications of Facilities Maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic math skills
- Good communication and technical reasoning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
This Facilities Maintenance position works Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm for $22.05/hour.
