Job Description: Facilities/Maintenance Manager Position Title: Facilities/Maintenance Associate Department: Facilities/Maintenance/EVS Reports To: Director of Facilities/Maintenance/EVS Pay Classification: Non-Exempt Position Summary The Facilities/Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining company buildings, grounds, equipment, furniture, and fixtures. This position performs general maintenance and repairs, coordinates outside contractors when necessary, and helps ensure company facilities remain safe, clean, and in good working conditions.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Must have a valid driver's license.

General knowledge of lawn care, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and building maintenance required.

Knowledge of mechanical equipment and repairs preferred.

Must meet applicable gaming licensing requirements and pass required pre-employment screening.

Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Must have good communication and customer service skills.

Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.

Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds and perform physical duties, including bending, stooping, standing, and walking.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and repair buildings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Perform general carpentry, painting, plumbing, and other maintenance duties.

Assist with heating, air conditioning, roofing, sewer, and other repairs.

Coordinate outside contractors and monitor their work when specialized repairs are needed.

Maintain lawns, grounds, and assigned work areas.

Repair or assemble office furniture and equipment.

Drive to pick up parts, supplies, and materials as needed.

Respond to maintenance emergencies and be available when called upon.

Communicate maintenance concerns and repair needs to management.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.

Wear the required gaming badge while on duty or conducting company business.

Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service to guests, coworkers, vendors, and management.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds, bend, stoop, stand, walk, and perform general maintenance and repair work. Duties may require working indoors and outdoors and using tools and equipment safely.
