We’re looking for a proactive Facilities Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and keeping the workplace running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and work orders
• Support office moves, furniture setups, and space needs
• Manage supplies, inventory, shipping, and receiving
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and address workplace issues
• Support events, meetings, and special projects
• Partner with employees and vendors on day-to-day facility needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in facilities, workplace operations, office management, or property support

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on, dependable, and comfortable juggling priorities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
