About the Role: As a CBRE Facilities Associate, you'll oversee team activities that coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. What You’ll Do: Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented. Allocate work orders and schedule repairs from requests. Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management.
