About the Role The Lawson Group delivers the Freedom From Smoking program, an evidence-based tobacco-cessation initiative led by certified facilitators. As a facilitator, you would help workplaces implement and run the eight-session program over seven weeks, combining education, group connection, and personal support to create a healthier, tobacco-free workplace. What You'll Do
- Lead the eight-session Freedom From Smoking program over seven weeks, delivering interactive group sessions (60–90 minutes each) and providing personalized support between meetings.
- Coordinate two Quit Week sessions (sessions 4 & 5 held two days apart) to offer extra guidance at the most critical time.
- Provide all participant materials and workbooks to participants.
- Deliver on-site or virtual sessions as needed, with travel costs billed to the client and travel details confirmed upfront based on distance from the Concord, NH office.
- Collaborate with client employers and The Lawson Group Wellness team to tailor the program to workplace needs. What We're Looking For
- Certified facilitators trained through the American Lung Association.
- Ability to lead education, group connection, and personal support to help participants quit.
- Willingness to deliver sessions on-site or virtually across New Hampshire and New England as needed.
