Key Responsibilities
Responsabilidades principales:
- Implementar actividades y procesos formativos dirigidos a mujeres, niñas, familias, organizaciones comunitarias y actores locales.
- Facilitar capacitaciones y brindar acompañamiento técnico para fortalecer capacidades en medios de vida, igualdad de género, inclusión social, protección y acceso a servicios.
- Ejecutar las actividades del proyecto en las comunidades, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas e indicadores establecidos.
- Recopilar, registrar y gestionar información, evidencias e indicadores del proyecto, así como elaborar informes y bases de datos.
- Administrar de manera eficiente los recursos y presupuesto asignados, garantizando transparencia y cumplimiento de los planes operativos.
- Coordinar acciones con equipos técnicos, líderes comunitarios, instituciones y otros actores clave.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas institucionales, salvaguarda, rendición de cuentas y lineamientos organizacionales.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Ciencias Sociales, Administración, Economía, Desarrollo Comunitario o carreras afines.
- Experiencia comprobada en coordinación y gestión de proyectos de desarrollo.
- Conocimiento en planificación, monitoreo, evaluación y gestión presupuestaria.
- Experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios y trabajo con comunidades.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, negociación y construcción de alianzas.
- Dominio del idioma inglés.
- Deseable formación en gerencia o administración de proyectos.
- Disponibilidad para movilizarse a las zonas de intervención.
